职业性接触甲醛作业人员的神经行为功能变化 被引量:3

Effects of Occupational Exposure to Formaldehyde on Neurobehavioral Function of Operating Workers

摘要 目的探讨甲醛对职业暴露人群神经行为功能的影响,为进一步了解甲醛毒性和制订标准提供科学依据。方法利用横断面研究方法于2008年9月对85名甲醛作业工人(暴露组)和100名对照工人神经系统症状进行问卷调查和数字跨度、数字译码测定。结果暴露组工人头痛、记忆力减退、注意力不集中、疲劳感及精神不振、乏力、眼干流泪、轻微皮肤干燥、皮肤易裂口症状的阳性率分别为34.1%,43.5%,44.7%,44.7%,29.5%,38.9%,37.6%和29.4%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);暴露组工人的数字跨度和数字译码得分分别为(10.76±1.87)和(51.84±12.00),均低于对照组[分别为(12.24±2.18)和(57.04±12.85)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲醛对暴露工人皮肤黏膜有刺激作用,在一定程度上可改变神经行为功能。 Objective To investigate occupational exposure of formaldehyde on neurobehavioral function,in order to understand the toxicity of formaldehyde and to provide a scientific basis for the development of standards.Methods Eighty five workers exposed to formaldehyde,and 100 non-exposed workers were selected into the cross-sectional study.Nervous system symptoms and digit span,digit symbol determination were applied in the study.Results The positive rates of headache,memory loss,difficulty concentrating,fatigue lack of energy,weary feeling and spirit dispirited,dry eye and watery eyes,dryness of the skin,easy to rip the skin symptoms,asthenia in exposure group were 34.1%,43.5%,44.7%,44.7%,29.5%,38.9%,37.6% and 29.4% respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).The score of digit span and digital symbol in exposed workers were(10.76±1.87) and(51.84±12.00)respectively,lower than those in the control group[(12.24±2.18) and(57.04±12.85)](P0.05).Conclusion The formaldehyde can cause the changes of the nerve behavior and the mind state of the occupational formaldehyde exposed staffs,and it can cause obvious skin irritation symptom.
