压力波形联合回流液相指导各节段硬膜外定位的效果 被引量:5

摘要 硬膜外穿刺技术是麻醉与镇痛的重要手段,而临床上硬膜外穿刺置管仍普遍采用盲探性操作方法,依靠主观经验评判。即使采用硬膜外穿刺置管定位的辅助方法如超声、硬膜外造影等,临床实用性也较差。本研究拟评价硬膜外穿刺过程中压力波形联合回流液相指导各节段硬膜外定位的效果,为建立可靠、易行的辅助方法提供参考。
