摘要
通过阐述信息素养的含义,分析提高农民信息素养对于经济发展的意义,农民在信息素养方面存在的问题,针对这些问题提出了一些政策方面的建议。
By elaboration on the meaning of information accomplishment,analyzed the significance of enhancing the information accomplishment of farmers to the economical development and the questions of farmers in the aspect of information accomplishment,finally aimed at these questions,put forward some policy aspect proposal.
