摘要
户外运动作为一项新兴的体育运动项目,在豫西南伏牛山地区得到了迅速的发展。在其发展过程中存在着影响其发展的各种不利因素,如:人为因素对自然环境的破坏;部分地区社会经济基础薄弱;人才技术因素相对匮乏;各部门在项目管理的实际操作上缺乏整体、协调的统一配合;宣传力度不够;各运动项目间的关联性差。基于此,本文指出促进豫西南伏牛山地区户外运动发展的策略,即:充分发挥现有的有利因素;坚定不移地走可持续发展之路;促进经济薄弱地区的经济发展;强化人才发展战略;坚持"以人为本"的理念;创建和宣传优势品牌;注重系统整合原则。本文的研究旨在促进豫西南伏牛山地区户外运动的可持续发展,促进该地区的经济繁荣,同时也可对其他地区户外运动的发展提供借鉴。
Outdoor sports,as an emerging sport in the southwestern Henan Funiushan region,has developed rapidly. In the development process,there are many unfavorable factors,for example,the damage of human factors to the natural environment is still exist; parts of the district of social economy foundation is weak; talent and technological factors are relatively scarce; whole and harmonious coordination in the actual operation of the project management are lack; propaganda is inadequate; correlation between the various sports is poor. On this basis,this paper points out the development strategy of outdoor sports in southwestern Henan Funiushan region,for example,exerting the existing favorable factors; following the road of sustainable development; promoting the economic development of economic weakness district; Strengthening human resource development strategy; insisting on the ＂people-oriented＂ concept; establishing and propagandizing advantage brands; emphasizing the principle of system integration. This study not only aims to promote the sustainable development of outdoor sports in Southwestern Henan Funiushan region,and promote economic prosperity in the region,but also provide reference for the development of outdoor sports in the other region.
