摘要
分析在加热妒温控系统中,常规PID控制器的不足,指出如何引入模糊控制才能使控制方案更合乎控制要求,并由此设计出模糊PID自整定控制器。经过仿真证明控制性能显著提高,且在实际应用也取得了很好的控制效果。
In this article, we analysis the normal Fuzzy PID controller firstly. Then by studying the typical temperature curve of furnace, we present how to add integrator and how to moderate fuzzy rules to make the controller fit actual requirements. Finally a new type of Fuzzy - PID controller with intelligent integral is designed. Simulation experiment prove that the Fuzzy - PID controller with intelligent integral has no overshoot and short regulation time compared with general Fuzzy PID controller.
