摘要
目的:探讨眼底黄斑病变的中医症型与中药的分类治疗。方法:回顾性分析本院2006～2010年临床中收治的180例眼底黄斑病变患者,分析并讨论其中医症型与中药的分类治疗。结果:通过辨证论治将黄斑病变分为脾胃湿热型、脾气虚弱型、肝肾亏虚型3个症型,治疗后AMD、中浆、中渗、高度近视及眼底黄斑出血、糖尿病视网膜病变影响黄斑、高血压视网膜病变影响黄斑的治疗总有效率分别为91.9%、97.0%、91.3%、88.5%、93.4%、90.0%。结论:通过辨证论治,并根据症型遣方用药,各型眼底黄斑病变均收到良好的治疗效果。
Objective：To investigate the retinal disease macular degeneration in Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine classification of type of treatment.Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2006 to 2010,180 patients treated in clinical macular lesions,analyze and discuss the Chinese medicine classification of disease type and treatment.Results：The diagnosis and treatment would be divided into the spleen-type macular degeneration,weakness of temper,liver and kidney deficiency type three patients,treatment after the AMD,the pulp,the permeability,high myopia and macular hemorrhage,macular impact of diabetic retinopathy,high Retinopathy of blood pressure treatment of macular total effective rate was 91.9%,97.0%,91.3%,88.5%,93.4%,90.0%.Conclusion：The diagnosis and treatment,and herbal prescription based on disease type,the type of macular diseases have received good treatment.
