介绍了DNA分子标记技术在黄颡鱼遗传学研究中的应用,主要涉及种质鉴定、系统进化研究、遗传多样性等研究方面,并对其应用前景和存在问题进行了详述.
The application of DNA molecular markers in genetic research of Pelteobagrus was introduced in the paper.It involves germplasm identification,phylogenetic evolution,and genetic diversity.Furthermore,the existing problems and prospect of DNA molecular marker application was analyzed in detail.
