摘要 利用公检棉花数据,开发基于HVI数据的棉库管理系统.分析原棉HVI数据和棉花的加工流程,结合企业的产品结构,确定棉花的分类分组方法及棉包的出入库流程.该系统可以对订购的棉花进行合理的分类分组,在原棉到达棉纺企业之前就可以对订购的棉花依据HVI数据进行分类分组,原棉在棉库中按事先分好的类和组进行分垛码放,原棉出入库时通过扫描棉包上的条形码进行验证,不仅速度快,且不易产生出入库错误,为原棉的精细化管理和精细化配棉提供了良好的基础条件. By Using the objective fair detection data,a storage management system of cotton was developed based on HVI data.Through analyzing HVI date,processing technology and the products,the grouping method for cotton and storage logistics process was obtained.The cotton bales are grouped according to the HVI data before the cotton bales are transported to the mill.In storage the cotton bales are placed separately according to the grouped results.When cotton bales enter storage or remove from the storage,they can be verified by scanning the bar code on the bales.The system provides a good foundation for cotton bales management and processing.
