摘要
当前,由于相关部门在制定政策过程中对边疆少数民族地区的特殊性问题考虑不足,以及相关制度制定过程中的民意体现与科学决策的欠缺,导致交警在边疆少数民族地区的交通管理执法活动中面对种种冲突与对抗,严重影响了当地的社会治安稳定和经济发展。因此,应当从构建和谐社会的高度出发,全面深入地开展分析研究,提出有效的措施和对策,从而解决这一棘手难题。
Recently,because the relevant departments do not consider the particularity of the border minority areas carefully within formulating policies,also the process of formulating policies is lack of the public opinions and scientific decision-making;it leads to lots of conflicts when the traffic police enforce their duties in these areas.Additionally,the conflicts affect the local social stability and economic development.Therefore,it should be researched and analyzed thoroughly,starting from the height of building a harmonious society,proposing effective measures and countermeasures to solve this thorny problem.
