摘要
根据工程估价课程的特点,提出工程估价的全程递进式案例教学方法;首先,把一个典型案例在按阶段分解和按分部分项工程的分解,然后,以课堂讲解、课后练习、课堂讨论等方式贯穿于教学全过程,完成各个知识点的传授和训练。最后,让学生以课程大作业的形式独立完成全部工程造价文件。在此过程中,条件和要求逐步细化和深入,符合学生认知规律。
Based on the characteristics of engineering estimation courses, a progressive case teaching method is put forward in this article- First, a typical case is broken down to division--subdivision work according to the process of construction. And then the students will be taught and trained throughout the whole process of lectures, after- school exercises, class discussior~ At last, the students should be asked to carry out a complete engineering cost documents. Through out the process,the requests and condition will be put forward gradually in depth. This fits in with student's cognitive laws.
