Synthesis of macromolecular dispersant

摘要 以甲苯为溶剂,苯乙烯、马来酸酐为原料,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,合成苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SM).考察了原料比例、反应温度和引发剂用量对SM分散性能的影响,合成SM的优化工艺为:n(苯乙烯)/n(马来酸酐)=1.0,反应温度为95℃,引发剂用量为1%.SM进行部分酯化生成的共聚物部分酯化物(SME)可提高颜料在水中的分散性能.另外,对SME结构进行了红外光谱表征. Styrene maleic anhydride copolymer(SM) was synthesized using toluene as solvent,styrene and maleic anhydride as solvent,and benzoyl peroxide as initiator.The effects of raw materials ratio,reacted temperature and the amount of initiator on the dispersive property were investigated.The optimal synthesis process was obtained: n(styrene)/n(maleic anhydride) = 1.0,reacted at 95 ℃,1% of initiator.The paritially etherified product(SME) of SM could improve the dispersive property of pigment in water.Moreover,the structure of copolymer SEM was characterized by IR.
