摘要
以乙睛和乙醇为原料经2步反应合成了2,4,6-三甲基均三嗪(1);以对硝基甲苯和N-乙基苯胺为原料经3步反应合成了4-{4-[N-乙基-N-(2-羟乙基)]氨基苯偶氮基}苯甲醛(4);1与4在氢氧化钾的作用下经羟醛缩合合成了偶氮型八极分子2,4,6-三【4-{4-[N-乙基-N-(2-羟乙基)]氨基苯偶氮基}苯乙烯基】均三嗪,总产率27.09%,其结构经1H NMR表征。
2,4,6-Trimethyl-s-triazine(1) was prepared by a two-step reaction from acetonitrile and ethanol.4-{4-[N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)]amino-phenylazo}benzaldehyde(4) was prepared by a three-step reaction from p-nitrotoluene and N-ethyl aniline.Octupolar molecules,2,4,6-tris【4-{4-[N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)]amino-phenylazo}styryl】-s-triazine,was syhthesized by aldol condensation reaction of 1 and 4 in potassium hydroxide in total yield of 27.09%.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR.
