摘要
为了提高寄主挥发物3-蒈烯对红脂大小蠹的引诱效果,进一步了解马鞭草烯酮与3-蒈烯对红脂大小蠹趋性的协同效应,寻求更有效的手段控制红脂大小蠹的发生与为害,通过林间诱捕试验,探索马鞭草烯酮与3-蒈烯对红脂大小蠹趋性的协同效应以及马鞭草烯酮对红脂大小蠹的剂量效应。同时,在植物源信息素3-蒈烯中加入不同剂量马鞭草烯酮,测试不同配方对红脂大小蠹的引诱效果。结果表明:马鞭草烯酮与3-蒈烯体积比为0.5∶100时,马鞭草烯酮能显著提高3-蒈烯对红脂大小蠹的引诱作用,诱捕量增加88.6%±39.2%;马鞭草烯酮与3-蒈烯体积比为0.1∶100,0.2∶100,1.0∶100时,马鞭草烯酮对提高3-蒈烯的引诱效果有一定作用;而当马鞭草烯酮与3-蒈烯体积比达到1.5∶100时,诱捕量减少70.5%±11.3%,马鞭草烯酮产生了驱避作用。此外,马鞭草烯酮与3-蒈烯1∶1等体积混合后,在林间没有引诱到红脂大小蠹。说明马鞭草烯酮对红脂大小蠹存在剂量效应,在一定低剂量范围内能增加3-蒈烯对红脂大小蠹的引诱效果,起协同增效作用;当马鞭草烯酮剂量超过一定的阈值,会严重干扰红脂大小蠹对寄主挥发物3-蒈烯的趋性,对红脂大小蠹产生显著的驱避作用。马鞭草烯酮可作为驱避剂以及植物源引诱剂的增效剂应用于红脂大小蠹的监测与防治。
To enhance the allurement of 3-carenc to Dendroctonus valens, and to further understand the synergistic effects between 3-carene and verbenone on attracting Dendroctonus valens, we conducted field test to probe verbenone dose effects and to find more efficient control measures. Different verbenone dosages were diffused into the plants origin attractant to formulate a series of dense-gradient traps for attraction testament. The results showed that verbenone could trigger positive attracted respond to Den- droctonus valens while volume ratio between verbenone and 3-carene was 0.5 : 100 and the trapping capacity increased by 88.6% + 39.2%; that verbenone could trigger positive attracted respond to Dendroctonus valens by some extent while volume ratio between verbenone and 3-carene was 1.5 : 100; in additione, Dendroctonus failed to attract in forestry while volume ratio between verbenone and 3-carene was 1 : 1. These phenomenon indicated the existing threshold of verbenone as additive of 3-carene which split the synergistic effects into attraction and avoidance. Therefore, the verbenone could he applied in the Dendroctonus valens control and inspection both as attractive and avoidant synergistic agents.
