摘要
人才培养质量是高校的生命线,也是高校得以可持续发展的前提。地方工科院校必须以"质量工程"为契机,树立先进的人才培养理念,不断优化人才培养,强化实践突出能力培养,制定保障教学质量的措施和制度,以确保人才培养质量得到有效的提高。
It is vital to keep a high standard in talent cultivation,which is critical to any higher education institution for its sustainable development.Local engineering colleges should take this opportunity,establish advanced talent cultivation concept,continuously improve talent cultivation,strengthen the cultivation of practical ability and formulate measures and systems of guaranteeing teaching quality in order to effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation.
