摘要
乌江流域是我国重要的水电能源基地之一,流域内已建或在建有多座梯级水电站。这些水电工程的建设,改变了流域的局部水文特性,导致洪水传播时间和降雨的产汇流时间缩短,给流域的水文预报增加了困难。鉴于此,在分析流域暴雨洪水特性和原有洪水预报方案的基础上,深入研究了流域内各主要水电站对洪水预报的影响,针对实际情况调整预报方法,并找出预报的难点和疑点。通过对2010年7月9日乌江洪水预报实践表明,调整后的预报方案能够取得较为满意的预报结果。
Many cascade hydropower stations are in operation or being constructed in Wujiang River watershed,which is one of the significant hydropower energy bases in China.The construction of these hydropower stations changed the local hydrological characteristics of the basin,and shortened the duration of interval flood transmission and runoff yield and confluence,therefore,basin hydrological forecasting is more difficult.In view of this,we further study the influences of the main hydropower stations on the hydrological forecasting on the basis of analyzing basin flood characteristics and the original flood forecasting scheme.By adjusting forecasting method according to the actual situation,we successfully forecasted the flood of Wujiang River on July 9th,2010.
