摘要
在试验基础上,分析了P.O 42.5级水泥掺量、钢渣微粉掺量对胶凝材料安定性影响规律;对比了钢渣微粉与粗钢渣对胶凝材料安定性的影响。通过优化混凝土配合比,使胶凝材料中工业废渣的比例超过70%,且拌制的混凝土强度符合设计要求、膨胀率较小;用优化后的配合比生产混凝土防渗U型渠槽,其强度达到设计要求,表观质量合格。
The study based on the experiments and analyzed the soundness of cement affected by the amount of P.O 42.5 cement and steel slag, compared the influence of steel slag ash and raw steel slag to cementitious materials.By optimizing the concrete mix proportions, the industrial residue ratio in cementitious materials exceeds 70%, concrete strength meets the design requirements and concrete has low expansion ratio. The U-type channel produced by optimized concrete has enough strength to meet the design requirements, and its apparent mass is qualified.
