摘要
利用了废旧烧结砖作为再生混凝土的骨料,通过试验得到了再生混凝土的力学性能。通过多次试验,发现砖骨料的吸水率、粒径级配、用水量是试验成功的关键。试验结果表明,将砖骨料代替碎石,采用等体积代换法比等质量代换效果要好,砖骨料的最佳粒径范围为95~19mm。当水灰比发生变化时,再生混凝土抗压强度有较大的变化。
Obtained the mechanics performance of recycled concrete by tots of the experiments through using the waste sintered brick as skeletal material.The key of the successful experiments with some indexes which contains the bibulous rate of brick aggregate, particle gradation and the water consumption by lots of the experiments.The results of experiments show that the substitution method with an equal volume is better than with the quality from experiment effect, when using the brick aggregate instead of rubble.The results of the experiments performance that the best size of the brick aggregate ranges from 9.5 mm to 19 mm.And the compressive strength of recycled concrete will be changed tremendously when changing the water-cement ratio.
