摘要
网络信息传播迅速、反馈互动及时等特点使其发展迅猛,互联网普及并渗透到人们的生产生活当中,而"网络暴民"是近几年网络传播中的一个显著现象,从开始的谩骂者到最后的现实暴力的参与者,"网络暴民"实际所泛指的是一种群体的负面影响,尽管它的提出有着自身的背景和原因,但这直接反映出当前网络媒体存在的问题,并在一定程度上影响着人们对网络新兴媒介的认识。应对"网络暴民"现象的解决对策,包括加强网络素养教育、完善网络立法和依法治网、发展网络技术管理以及重视网络舆论引导。
The information spread quickly and feedback timely through internet,which promotes its rapid development.Internet penetrates into people＇s working and living life.＂Network mob＂ is an important phenomenon of the network media in recent years.＂Network mob＂ refers to the negative impact of a group from the curse at the beginning to the participants of real violence at the end.Although it was made with its own background and reasons,this is a direct reflection of the current problems in online media and impact on people＇s understanding of the new media.We should enhance network quality education,improve the legislation and management in networks,develop network technology management,and attend to public opinion to guide the network.
