摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Sm2O3掺杂CeO2系列固体电解质.通过粉末X射线衍射谱对所制备的电解质材料进行了平均晶粒尺寸和晶格常数分析,并利用交流阻抗谱测试,分析了样品的导电性.研究表明,粉末样品具有立方萤石型结构,样品的晶粒尺寸较小,平均晶粒尺寸小于40nm,样品晶胞参数a大于纯CeO2晶胞参数;掺杂的氧化铈样品的电导率随温度的升高而线性增加,20%Sm掺杂CeO2有最高的导电率.
Solid electrolytes based on Sm2O3-doped Ceria were prepared by the sol-gel mehod.Average grain size and lattice constant in prepared electrolyte materials were analyzed by X-ray diffraction technique,and conductitivities of the samples were measured by using impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the powder samples have cubic fluorite-type structure,smaller grain size and average grain size less than 40nm,lattice constant of the samples greater than that of pure CeO2.Conductivity of the samples of the doped Ceria increased with temperature and increased linearly,and 20%Sm-doped Ceria has the highest conductivity.
