摘要
档案的异地备份管理耗资较大,单个档案馆往往难以独自承担。国家档案局已明确提出通过开展馆际互备的形式进行异地备份建设,但我们的研究不能仅限于此。为此,借鉴国内外图书馆联盟的理念,提出建立更大范围的档案馆联盟,在灾难管理中寻求合作,通过协作推动档案异地备份基地建设的实施,从而以低成本、高效益提高档案馆的灾难应对能力。
The construction of remote backup of archives （CRBA） needslarge cost which can not be bear by single archives. Inter-archives Backup has been proposed by the Archiyes Institution of China as the main form forCRBA while our researches snould not be restricted to this. Therefore, this thesis put forward a more broad achieves alliance referring to the Library Consortium Concepts around the world to promote the implement of CRBA and also to raise the ability of survive disasters for achieves with less cost.
