摘要
关于文件与档案关系的问题在档案界历来讨论颇多,正确认识二者之间的关系,是关系到对档案学学科性质与本质特征认识的重要问题。本文从档案学经典理论和档案管理实践,以及国内外档案核心理论等角度,重新探究文件与档案的关系,认为二者实为同一种事物。
As we all know, to understand the relationship between files and archives is very important, and there are many discussions about this question. Here we will have another try to understand the this topic in other ways. We conclude that they are the same one.
