摘要
针对文件与档案在其形成、处理、传输、归档、移交、保管和提供利用等各个环节面临的安全风险,档案管理工作者需要从管理方法、技术手段、组织保障与运行维护等多个视角去识别、管理和应对风险。作者以现代档案管理工作的现实需求为依据,分析档案信息安全管理的风险要素,提出应对档案信息安全管理的对策,并进一步从安全防范和运行保障两个角度,探讨防范与规避风险的有效措施和可行方法。
Information risk is lurking behind the archival business nodes such as the process of archives＇ forming,handling,transmitting,archiving,managing and utilizing.Modern Archivists need to identify,manage and handle all kinds of risks by using proper management methods and technology measures.In order to reduce risk rate and safeguard archives security,some risk elements are analyzed and several available strategies and methods are proposed.
