摘要
首先基于地带、市域、县(区)三级结构的地域单元,运用二阶段嵌套锡尔指数分解方法对福建省高新技术产业发展的区域差异水平进行定量测度,研究发现全省总体上存在较大空间差异,但区域差异程度正不断减弱。其次应用基尼系数对福建省高新技术产业发展的行业空间差异进行定量测度,研究表明,随着行业从业门槛的增高,基尼系数不断增大,变化程度不断减弱。在上述研究的基础上,通过灰色关联度分析,探寻高新技术产业发展的影响因子,对福建省高新技术产业发展提出适当的建议与对策。
Selecting the time-series data of 2004-2008,the paper analyzes the evolution of high-tech industries inequality in Fujian province.The measure method of Theil index is suggested to analyze the changes of spatial inequalities.It is showed that spatial inequalities on these economic indicator of Fujian province on the whole is changing unceasingly.Then,choosing the number of employed persons as target,it uses the measure method of Gini index to analyze the change of high-tech industrial spatial inequalities by sector.Along with the increasing of the requirements of sector,the Gini index is unceasingly increasing and the change is weakened continuously.Based on the study above,the paper gets the counter measures and proposals.
