摘要
针对某型号磁电式角度传感器的测试要求,设计了一种基于DAQ-2204数据采集卡的微弱信号采集与分析系统。描述了系统的硬件平台构成,介绍了基于LabVIEW的微弱浮动信号数据采集程序,通过修正驱动程序提高了信号采集精度。实验结果表明:该系统运行良好,信号采集精度高,对于微弱信号的采集有较好的应用前景,可移植搭建快速、便捷、低成本、多功能的微弱信号检测实验平台。
In accordance with the requirements in the test of a certain magnetoelectric angle sensor,weak signal acquisition and analysis system based on DAQ-2204 data acquisition card is introduced.The system hardware is described.The data acquisition program based on LabVIEW is designed to capture weak floating signals.And the accuracy is improved through the correction to the signal acquisition driver.All experiments have showed that the system has a high accuracy and a wide application foreground in acquiring weak signals.And the system can be used to build fast,convenient,low-cost,multi-functional platform for weak signal detection.
