摘要
近年来,中俄地区间的合作呈现出良好态势,从商品贸易到投资合作均步入较深的层次,对投资所在地的经济发展也产生了较好的影响。但是,中国企业在俄远东和西伯利亚地区的投资合作仍存在大项目少、规模小的问题。除去资金和气候的因素外,政策上的扶持也尤为重要。因此,应充分利用国家层面的合作框架,在中俄地方间政企联合,共同招商,吸引国内外投资者加盟,增加境外合作区的吸引力和辐射功能等方面进行探索,以促进中俄地区间合作稳步发展。
In recent years,the cooperation between the regions both of China and Russia has taken on a good situation;the cooperation from goods trade to investment has come to a deeper level which has a favorable influence upon economic development of investment areas.But Chinese enterprises have the problems of a few large projects and a small scale of investment in Russian Far East and Siberia.Except for funds and climate,policy support is very important.Therefore we should make full use of the state-level cooperative framework,mutually invite investments from home and abroad.
