摘要
推进剂利用地面测控系统是运载火箭推进剂利用系统的重要子系统,它由若干地面测试及网络通讯设备组成,通过系统测试用以检查相关箭上产品工作状态,确保火箭成功发射;该系统采用计算机技术、可编程控制器技术和网络通讯技术实现控制指令的远程传输及测试数据的快速处理,可以适应远距离测试的需要,并极大提高了系统测试的自动化水平;此外,系统具备计算机、PLC两种测控方式提高了测试的可靠性,能够胜任运载火箭测试及发射任务使用;该系统已成功应用于我国某型运载火箭。
The ground--based monitoring system for propellant utilization is an important subsystem of rocket propellant utilization system, which consists of a number of ground testing equipment and network communication equipment, through the system test to check the status of work related to the products of rocket to ensure that the rocket should he successfully launched. The system uses computer technology, the programmable controller technology and network communication technology to achieve long--distance transmission of control instructions and fast processing of test data, it can adapt to the needs of long--distance test, and greatly improve the automation lever of sys- tem testing. In addition, this system has two kinds of test ways by use computer or PLC, it can improve the reliability of the system, so the system can be capable of accomplishing the rocket testing and launching tasks. The system has been successfully applied to a certain type of launch vehicle in China.
