摘要
为减轻实施天然林保护工程对木材生产带来的压力,加快用材林基地建设势在必行。作者从分析湖南用材林基地建设的现状与问题入手,论证了湖南规划到2010年建成1333万hm2用材林基地的可行性。并本着因地制宜,发挥优势的原则,提出了湘南、湘西南以发展大径级杉木、马尾松为主;湘中、湘北丘陵区以发展国外松为主;洞庭湖区以发展欧美杨为主的定向培育速生丰产林的指导思想和实现这一战略目标的对策。
Its imperative to accelerate the construction of timber forest base,in order to make up the shortage of timber,which resulted from the protection of natural forest,for the forest production.The present state and existent problems of the timber forest base in Hunan were analyzed in this paper,and the possibility of establishing of 133 3×10 4hm 2 timber base was discussed.In terms of the suit tree to local conditions and take local advantages,strategy for developing timber base were pointed out.That is:in south and south-west Hunan large scale timber of Chinese fir and masson pine will be cultivated,at the hills of north Hunan foreign pines are mainly cultivated and around the Dongting Lake,poplar trees are developed.
