摘要
采用高密度澄清池/超滤组合工艺处理微污染地表水,考察了组合工艺的除污效果,并探讨了反冲洗的操作条件。结果表明,当进水浊度、CODMn、UV254和NH3-N分别为25~125NTU2、~7 mg/L0、.57~0.91 cm-11、.7~7.8 mg/L时,组合工艺对其平均去除率分别为99.85%、43.23%4、0.85%和63.72%;采用高密度澄清池进行预处理可明显减缓超滤膜污染,当膜通量降到初始通量的70%时,组合工艺的工作周期比单独超滤工艺延长了约4倍。
The combined process of high-density clarifier and uhrafihration membrane (UF) was used to treat micro-polluted surface water, the pollutant removal efficiency of the combined process was investigated, and the operating conditions of backwash were explored. The results show that when the influent turbidity, CODMn, UV254 and NH3 - N are 25 to 125 NTU, 2 to 7 rag/L, 0.57 to 0.91 cm^-1 and 1.7 to 7.8 rag/L, their average removal rates are 99.85% , 43.23% , 40.85% and 63.72% respectively. The pretreatment with high-density clarifier can significantly alleviate UF fouling. When the membrane flux is decreased to 70% of the initial value, the working cycle of the combined process is four times longer than that of single uhrafihration process.
