掺杂Zn-B-Si-O纳米复合物对BaTiO3陶瓷结构及性能的影响

Effect of Zn-B-Si-O nano-composites doping on micromorphology and properties of BaTiO_3 ceramics

摘要 为了提高BaTiO3陶瓷的介电性能并降低烧结温度,采用溶胶–凝胶法合成的Zn-B-Si-O(ZBSO)纳米复合物和BaTiO3粉体为原料制备了BaTiO3陶瓷。通过XRD、SEM、EDXA和介电性能测试系统研究了ZBSO的煅烧温度、掺杂量和烧结温度对BaTiO3陶瓷的组成、结构和性能的影响。结果表明:ZBSO掺杂量为质量分数0.40%的BaTiO3陶瓷,室温相对介电常数约为3 700,居里峰相对介电常数达9 000以上,介质损耗为0.17×10–2,烧结温度降低至1 200℃。 In order to improve the dielectric properties and reduce the sintering temperature of the BaTiO3 ceramics,the ceramics were prepared using BaTiO3 powders and Zn-B-Si-O(ZBSO) nano-composites,both of which were synthesized via sol-gel process.The effects of the ZBSO calcining temperature,doping amount of the nano-composites and the sintering temperature on the composition and microstructure of ceramics were studied by means of XRD,SEM and EDXA.The dielectric properties of prepared ceramics were also investigated.The results indicate that with the ZBSO nano-composites of 0.40%(mass fraction) added,the room temperature relative permittivity of ceramics reaches to about 3 700,the relative permittivity at curie temperature is more than 9 000,the dielectric loss and sintering temperature are reduced to 0.17×10–2 and 1 200 ℃,respectively.
