摘要
改革开放以来,中国经济飞速发展,伴随而来则是每年能源消费量屡创新高,对能源生产和供给造成了巨大的压力。采用能源消费总量作为环境压力的衡量指标,以STIRPAT模型为基础,将能源消费的空间效应纳入到STIRPAT模型进行空间计量分析。由于各个地区对能源产生的压力不同,因此利用局域空间计量经济模型的方法——空间变系数的地理加权回归模型开展研究。结果发现:采用GWR模型进行估计各个地区人口、社会富裕度和第二产业对能源的弹性是有差异性的。各个地区针对本地区能源产生压力的三个因素制定差异化的调控措施是有必要的。
China's economy grows rapidly after reform and opening.Then the quantity of energy consumption increases significantly.The paper uses total energy consumption as an index of environmental impacts.Then it is necessary to take into consideration the spatial effect of energy consumption in China based on STIRPAT model.There is regional difference either in energy demand or in energy supply.The paper uses geographically weighted regression(GWR) model of spatial varying-coefficient regression model of spatial econometrics to research.The results show that the elasticity of energy consumption with respect to population,affluence and the secondary industry proportion is different in different region.The decision-making sector of the government has to consider the spatial interaction mechanism of the different energy consumption when establishing the energy consumption policy.
