摘要
从辽河口湿地污染土壤样品中分离筛选出2株高效石油降解菌lhk-2和lhk-10,经鉴定lhk-2为巴氏葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus pasteuri),lhk-10为嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophili)。两株菌的石油降解能力研究结果表明,培养8d后,加菌组的石油烃降解率均在60%以上。菌株lhk-2在12℃、pH5.0~9.0、NaCl浓度为2.5%的条件下生长良好;菌株lhk-10在12℃、pH5.0~10.0、NaCl浓度为3.0%时生长良好。培养20d后,两株菌对石油中所有正构烷烃组分去除率均在85%以上。
Petroleum-degradating strains lhk-2 and lhk-10 obtained from the oil-contaminated siol samples from Liaohe Estuary,were identified as Staphylococcus pasteuri and Stenotrophomonas maltophili respectively.A study on their petroleum degradability finds that in the shake-flask experiment,the removal efficiencies of both starins were over 60 % after 8 days.In addition,the optimum culture condition was temperature of 12 C,pH of 5.0-9.0 and salitity of 25 for strain lhk-2 while temperature of 12oC,pH of 5.0-10.0 and salitity of 30 for strain lhk-10.And both lhk-2 and lhk-10 can achieve over 85% removal efficiency of n-alkanes after 20 days.
