摘要
通过对江鳕仔鱼幼体发育及生长的研究探索江鳕全人工养殖仔鱼幼体的发育生长规律,本实验培育水温为自然温度,随机抽取并固定一缸仔鱼作为研究对象,每隔24h取30条仔鱼解剖镜下观察其发育情况,用显微测微尺对其体长进行测量,结果表明:江鳕仔鱼的体长增长缓慢,具有阶段性,并且不是匀速的,生长期与生长停止期交替。得出了江鳕仔鱼体长和日龄理论值与实测值最接近的关系是对数函数表达式。其关系式为y=0.3632ln(x)+2.8303。
By the research of Burbot(Lota Linnaeus) larvaes development and growth,the development and growth law on artificial breeding Burbot larvaes was explored.The experimental cultivation water was natural temperature,and randomly sampled a tank of larvaes as the research object.The development of 30 larvaes under a dissecting microscope every 24 hours was observed,and their body length was measured with a micrometer.The results showed that the larvaes body length grew slowly on different stages,the growth phase was not under the uniform motion,growth stage and growth cessation stage were alternated.The relationship between body length and day old(including the theoretical value and the measured value) that obtained was similar as logarithmic function expression,the relationship formulae between day old(x) and body length(y) is y=0.3632ln(x) +2.8303.
