摘要
目的:探讨前列腺增生(BPH)的理想术式。方法:采用Madigan前列腺切除术30例。结果:手术止血彻底,术后恢复快、痛苦轻、并发症少,随访3~26月疗效满意。结论:Madigan前列腺切除术是治疗BPH较为理想的开放术式。
Objective:To search of an ideal way of surgical operation for treat-ment of BPH,Methods:30 cases of BPH were treated with Madigan's prostatectomy.Results:Hemostused thoroughly,quick recovery,Less pain,few cormplication and the effect was satistactory with a period of 3~26 moths,following up.coneluston:Madinga's Prostatectory is an ideal surgical procedure for the treatment of BPH.
