摘要
目的 探讨原发性胆囊癌与胆囊息肉的关系。方法 根据８ 年来所收治的胆囊息肉１０１９ 例及同期收治的６６ 例原发性胆囊癌进行分析。结果 非肿瘤性息肉占收治病人的９７％ ，肿瘤性息肉占３％ 。胆囊息肉恶变占胆囊腺瘤性息肉的２３％ 。结论 息肉直径大于１ｃｍ ，单发、基底部宽、半球形，类园形或乳头状，在 Ｂ超下表现为高回声的胆囊息肉应考虑为肿瘤性息肉，宜尽早手术治疗，而无症状的非肿瘤性息肉可追踪观察，不必急于手术。
Objective To investigate the relationship of primary gallbladder carcinoma and gallbladder polyps .Method The clinical data of 1019 cases of gallbladder polyps and 66cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma which were admitted in our hospital during recent eight years were analysed retrospectively.Result Ninety seven percent of total cases were no tumor polyps,only three percent of total cases were tumor polyps.Gallbladder polyps canceration took about twenty ther percent of the cases of gallbladdr adenomatous polyps.Conclusion Gallbladder polyps which is single and bigger than 1 cm in diameter,especially with broad fundus and high reflect echo under B mode ultrasound examination,should be considered as a tumor polyps and surgical treatment would be recommended to carry out earlier accordingly.Asymptomatic no tumor polyps can be treat with close follow up and no urgent operation is need.
