舌下含服硝苯地平治疗高血压急症48例 被引量：1

摘要 目的：观察舌下含服硝苯地平治疗高血压急症的疗效。方法：高血压急诊舌下含服硝苯地平与其它疗法及正常血压含服此药进行比较。结果：高血压急症患者含服后血压迅速下降，３０ 分钟达高峰。作用持续２ 小时以上，对心率无明显影响。正常血压者含服后无降压作用。结论：此法降压作用迅速有效，安全可靠，简单易行，无需特别监护，优于其它疗法，为治疗高血压急症的理想药物。
