极外侧椎间融合术的适应证与并发症 被引量：8

摘要 近十余年来,随着微创理念和科学技术的发展,以腹腔镜前路锁孔、微创小切口、经皮内固定融合等为代表的新型腰椎前路微创手术取得了长足进步。然而有的技术最初带给人们的欣喜与冲动,为长期临床实践产生的困惑所取代。在当今新理论和新技术日新月异的时代,如何理性、科学发展腰椎前路微创技术更值得人们深思。为此,本期特邀国内几位专家就腰椎前路微创手术技术及相关问题作简要讨论,以达抛砖引玉之作用。
