摘要
目的：探讨人工晶体眼视网膜脱离的特点及其手术治疗。方法：应用玻璃体手术或常规视网膜复位手术治疗１５例人工晶体眼视网膜脱离。结果：术前发现视网膜裂孔７例，术中发现视网膜裂孔６例。术后随访５～２４个月，平均１０８个月，视网膜复位１１例，占７３３％。未复位２例，视网膜脱离复发２例。结论：人工晶体眼视网膜脱离术前检查困难，但选择适当的手术方法可以使大多数患者得到有效的治疗。
To investigate the characteristics and treatment of pseudophakic retinal
detachment,15cases of pseudophakic retinal detachment were treated with vitrectomy or
traditional retinal reattachment operation.7 cases were found retinal tears preoperatively
and 6 cases were found retinla tears intraoperatively.The follow-up periods ranged from
5～24 months(average 10 8months).The retinal reattachment was found in 11 cases (73
1%)and recurrent retinal detachment was found in 2 cases.Although the preoperative
examination of pseudophakic retinal detachment was difficult most of these eyes could
be treated effectively by surgery.
