摘要
房地产法课程是房地产经营管理专业大学本科教育的专业核心课程。了解现有的房地产法律法规,对未来从事与房地产有关工作的学生而言,具有特殊的意义。房地产法课程教学的目标在于让学生了解房地产法律的概念、原理、房地产开发过程各个环节具体的法律规定以及培养学生深入思考与解决问题的能力等。房地产法教学内容按照房地产开发的过程构架,教学方式采取多样化手段。具体教学中也存在课程名称、学时设置、资金投入等方面的问题,通过对教学环境的改善以及自身不断提高教学水平,以求学生在房地产法教学中学有所获。
Real estate law is the core curriculum of the real estate management and operation specialty.Understanding the existing real estate law will have special significance for the students engaged in the real estate related work in future.The goal of the curriculum lies in letting the student understand the concept,the principle,the legal rule in property development process as well as training the student to ponder and to solve questions.The course content is arranged according to property development＇s process.The teaching way adopts diverse methods.In teaching,there are also problems in curriculum name,study time,funding and so on.By improving the teaching environment as well as raising the teaching level,we let the students learn something from the real estate law.
