eNOS activity regulation associated with its' phosphorylated modification and intervention of TCM

摘要 作为内皮源性血管舒张因子,内皮源性一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)衍生的一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)在维持血管稳态和预防血管病变中起着至关重要的作用。eNOS的活性调控涉及复杂而精密的信号通路及分子机制,尤其是多个不同位点的氨基酸残基的磷酸化在其活性调控中发挥关键作用。该文就其主要的氨基酸残基的磷酸化对eNOS酶活性的影响及相关的信号通路,以及中药对其干预的研究现状做一综述。 Nitric oxide(NO)derived from endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)played a key role in vascular homeostasis and prevention of vascular diseases.The regulation of eNOS activity was complex and precise,especially phosphorylation of different sites of amino acid residues engaged in the molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways.This paper focused on the role of main phosphorylated amino acid residues of eNOS for activity regulation,related signaling pathways and intervention of TCM.
