门静脉高压症中门静脉血栓的发生机制及诊治进展 被引量：24

摘要 门静脉血栓形成(portal vein thrombosis,PVT)是肝硬化门静脉高压症一种较为严重的并发症,在经过断流术后PVT的发生率更是显著增加。随着现代医学检测手段的增强,门静脉血栓的检出率不断提高,临床上门静脉血栓形成的症状、体征常不典型,但门静脉血栓一旦形成栓塞,尤其是急性栓塞,可能会引起严重的并发症,故正确的预测门静脉血栓的发生和及时的治疗极为重要。现就PVT的发生机制及预测危险因素并指导进一步预防及治疗方案作一综述。
