摘要
通过司法鉴定文化内涵的界定,特别是司法鉴定文化核心价值理念的探讨,阐述核心价值观在文化建设中的意义。论证司法鉴定文化所包涵的自律机制,指出了对于保障司法鉴定质量和公信力方面的作用。旨在引出司法鉴定文化理论探讨的重要实践意义。
Defining the cultural connotations and the core culture value in forensic appraisal,and exploring the position and effects of forensic appraisal culture,this thesis aims at forming an interpretation of the culture in forensic appraisal.It figures out that the self-discipline mechanism in the culture of forensic appraisal plays an important role in guaranteeing the quality and public credibility of forensic appraisal.Therefore,the theoretical discussion of cultural molding in forensic appraisal has significant practical meanings.
