可调压式分流管治疗脑积水的临床观察 被引量:17

摘要 目的观察比较可调压分流管与固定压力分流管治疗脑积水的临床效果。方法通过2005-05~2010-10对住院的11例脑积水患者使用可调压分流管治疗(可调组),分析治疗效果和分流术后的各种并发症,并与同时期使用固定压力分流管的32例患者(固定组)进行比较。结果可调组优良率81.82%(9/11),固定组优良率75.0%(24/32),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。可调组并发症发生率9.09%(1/11),固定组并发症发生率21.88%(7/32),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可调压式分流管能减少分流术后分流过度和不足的并发症,是治疗脑积水安全、有效的方法。
