摘要
研究了1-MCP与乙烯利处理对番木瓜果实贮藏品质和成熟衰老的影响。结果表明:乙烯利处理、乙烯利处理后立即用1-MCP处理、乙烯利处理24 h后再用1-MCP处理,均能明显加速果实的软化进程和色泽变化,降低果品品质,缩短贮藏时间;而单独用1-MCP处理则能显著抑制果实的转黄和发病,保持果实中的TA和VC含量,显著延长果实的贮藏时间;1-MCP处理1 d后再用乙烯利处理也可较好地保持果实的贮藏品质。说明1-MCP与外源乙烯的处理时间与果实品质变化和成熟衰老有密切关系。
The effects of 1-MCP, ethephon treatment and their combinations on storage quality and senescence of papaya fruit were studied in this paper. The results showed that, applications of ethephon separately, ehephon immediately followed by 1-MCP and ethephon for 24 hours then 1-MCP treatment all accelerated the fruit softening and colour change of peel, decreased the storage quality of fruits and reduced the storage life. However, treatments with 1 -MCP alone, 1- MCP treatment for 1 d then ethephon treatment all significantly inhibited the changes in fruit firmness, peel colour,disease index, TSS, TA, VC and cell membrane permeability, and delayed remarkablely the storage life of papaya fruit. It indicated that there were close relationship between the time when 1-MCP and exogenous ethylene were applied and storage quality, senescence of papaya fruit.
