摘要
利用已糖激酶(Hexokinase 简称HK)、6磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(Glucose6phosphate dehydrogenase 简称(G6PDH)) 偶联而催化葡萄糖反应的原理,通过测定还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(Nicotinam ide adenine dinucleotide phosphate reduced form 简称NADPH)的吸光度变化率得出其酶促反应速度,采用标准曲线法测定了葡萄糖的含量。检出限为7×10- 7m ol/L。
Coupled enzymes of hexokinase and glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase were used to catalyze the reaction of glucose with 5′ ATP The rate of change in the absorbance of NADPH was determined to obtain the velocity of the enzymatic reaction and the standard curve for that obtained was used to determine glucose in the samples.The detection limit is 7×10 -7 mol/L.The experimental results indicate that the method has advantages of simplicity,sensitivity and accuracy
