摘要
硫酸和碱腐蚀在轻苯酸洗精制法洗涤工序中较为普遍,如何防止酸洗精制法洗涤工序中的设备酸、碱腐蚀及采用何种材料防止腐蚀是值得关注的问题。文章主要对酸洗精制法洗涤工序的设备腐蚀情况进行了分析,并提出了解决方法。
The corrosion of sulphuric acid and alkali in the scouring process of refining with light benzol is very common.The problems need be concerned are how to prevent the corrosion of sulphuric acid and alkali to equipment in the scouring process of refining,as well as what materials should be adopted.In the paper,the corrosion to equipment in the scouring process of refining is analyzed and the solutions are proposed.
