摘要
研究了氧化剂,糊化剂和交联剂3种原料用量对胶粘剂性能的影响,结果表明:玉米淀粉50 g时,氧化剂10 g,氧化温度60℃,氧化时间0.5 h,糊化剂5 g,糊化时间15 min,交联剂1.0 g,交联时间10 min,防腐剂0.5 g的工艺条件下,得到的产品性能最好,制备成本最低。
The technological conditions of preparation of biological starch adhesive with oxidant,dextrinize agent and the crosslinking agent were studied.The experimental results showed that the best technological conditions were as follows：when 50 g of corn starch were used,the oxidant amount used was 10 g,the oxidation temperature was 60 ℃,the oxidation time was 0.5 h,the dextrinize agent amount used was 5 grams,the dextrinizing time was 15 min,the crosslinking agent amount used was 1.0 g,the crosslinking time was 10 min.
