CURRENT SITUATION AND PROSPECT OF TECHNOLOGICAL DEVEIOPMENT FOR MOLYBDENUM ORE DRESSING

摘要 评述了钼选矿学技术发展,如用Stepanflote85、聚丙烯乙二醇等乳化高馏程烃油捕收剂,含硫的低HLB值起泡剂,NaHS分离铜钼时充氮浮选等,钼精矿纯化用盐酸和在线再生的三氯化铁溶液浸出,对低品位、组分复杂的难选钼矿石,采用选冶联合工艺,将选出的低品位钼精矿用氧压氧化法处理产出钼化学品。 The technological development for dressing of molybdenum ore was reviewed,such as the stpanflotes 85 and polypropylecol etc,emulsified high distilation rangen hydrocarbon oil for use as collector flotation of molybdenite,sulfur modified frother being lowex HLB,chalcopyritemolybdenite separation by NaHS in N2 medium,purification of molybdenum cencentrate leached by HCl and regenerative FeCl43 solution,in flotation of lower grade.complex component for molybdenum ore used beneficiation-metallurgy unite technological process and lower grade molybdenum concentrate leached by oxygen pressure process producing chemical molybdenum products.
