摘要
国务院于2010年4月发布的《关于加快推行合同能源管理促进节能服务产业发展的意见》以及之后国家发展和改革委员会、财政部、国家税务总局陆续出台的系列配套政策,确立了节能服务产业在社会经济发展和节能减排中的地位和作用,并为其作为专业化节能队伍的发展提供了财政、税收、会计制度以及融资环境的政策支持。我国的节能服务产业必将迎来一个新的发展高潮。
In April 2010,the State Council issued ＂View about accelerating the implementation of energy management contract for energy service industry＂.And later the National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Finance,State Administration of Taxation issued a series of supporting policies one after another,which established the position and role of the energy service industry in the socio-economic development and energy saving,and provided policy support of financial,tax,accounting and financing environment for its development as professional energy-saving team.China’s energy service industry will usher a new surge of development.
