摘要
目的观察高度近视合并白内障患者行超声乳化手术术中术后并发症和术后视力情况。方法对85例113眼眼轴长26.89~33.62 mm的高度近视合并白内障患者行超声乳化白内障摘除术及人工晶体植入术,随访半年,观察术中术后并发症和术后3个月矫正视力分布。结果术中2例后囊破裂,术后发生角膜内皮水肿8例,2例术后8月出现视网膜脱离,2例术后6月发生后发障。术后3个月视力〉0.3共72眼（63.7%）。结论高度近视合并白内障患者行超声乳化手术安全,疗效可靠。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification surgery in the treatment of patients with high myopia combined with cataract and its postoperative complications and postoperative visual acuity situation.Methods 13 eyes of 85 high myopia patients with axial length 26.89～33.62 mm combined with cataract having undergone phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were followed up six months to observe the intraoperative and postoperative complications and postoperative three months visual acuity distribution.Results Intraoperative posterior capsule rupture occurred in 2 cases and postoperative corneal edema in 8 cases.Two cases of retinal detachment developed 8 months after the surgery and 2 cases of after-cataract 6 months after the surgery.Visual acuity 0.3 three months after the surgery were 72 eyes（63.7%）.Conclusion Phacoemulsification surgery is safe,effective and reliable in the treatment of high myopia combined with cataract.
