摘要
目的观察激光光凝联合玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的疗效和安全性。方法据荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)对20例(22眼)视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)患者行黄斑区格栅样光凝后玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德0.1ml/(4mg),随访9个月,观察并再行荧光素眼底血管造影检查;OCT检查(干涉光断层扫描仪检查)。结果显效患者视力提高,平均提高3行,黄斑水肿消失或减轻,其中1例病史2年的患者从0.08提高到0.2,1例出现眼压升高,药物可控制,2例患者无效。结论黄斑区格栅样激光光凝术联合曲安奈德治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞黄斑水肿安全有效。
Objective To observe the effect and safety of laser photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of macular edema in branch retinal vein occlusion（BRVO）.Methods Fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA） was conducted in 20 patients（22 eyes） with BRVO.Intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide 0.1ml /（4mg） was given after macular grid photocoagulation.The patients were followed up for 9 months for observation before undergoing FFA again and optic coherence tomography（OCT） examination.Results Patients＇ visual acuity was markedly improved,with average vision increasing by 3 rows.Macular edema disappeared or reduced.One patient with a case history of 2 years had his visual ability increased from 0.08 to 0.2.One patient had intraocular pressure（IOP） increased,which was controlled by medication.2 cases showed no effect.Conclusion Macular grid pattern laser photocoagulation combined with triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of macular edema in BRVO is safe and effective.
